P A S Associates works with companies who either have limited HR expertise or whose HR Manager or Department need assistance with special projects. As certified HR professionals and private investigators, we specialize in the review and creation of Employee Policy Handbooks; proven/effective supervisory and employee development training; recruiting employees that are specifically suited to your work environment and position; engaging and interactive sexual harassment training; HR audits (so you know where you stand); Employee Opinion Surveys; creating usable Job Descriptions; developing Performance Management Systems; building effective and productive teams with proven DiSC, InScape and Blanchard tools; New Hire Surveys; Background Investigations; and conflict resolution assistance.
Company Background
Established in 1987, Professional Administrative Systems, now known as P A S Associates, was created by Holly Culhane to aid small businesses in California with HR and organizational assistance. Having now grown to serve organizations in 14 states, P A S combines specialists in the fields of HR, labor and employment law, risk management, and substance abuse policies and education, to provide unsurprassed HR assistance. In addition, P A S opened a Central California Training Center in 2006. With over 20 years in business and a combined staff total of 90+ years of HR experience, P A S leverages the expertise of SPHR and PHR-certified professionals, licensed private investigators and seasoned labor counsel to serve and exceed their clients' expectations.

Founder of P A S Associates, Ms. Culhane identified the need for HR and organizational assistance for small- and medium-sized businesses in 1987 and formed Professional Administrative Systems. Now known as P A S Associates, the firm enjoys a reputation of exceptional service and client satisfaction. Ms. Culhane's volunteer, employment, and consulting experience in a wide variety of industries, as well as her rare gift for relational and substantive HR consultation and training, make her a popular choice by associations, private organizations, and the public sector alike for general consultation, training and presentations in the HR field. She is a Rotarian, former Governor appointee, former Chair of the local Chamber of Commerce and actively supports the Youth for Christ organization. |
