Company Background
JorgensenHR was started in 1984 by Karen Jorgensen. Karen´s vision was to create a consulting practice that provided BestHR Solutions for Management.
Linda Harris joined JorgensenHR in 1998 and became the President in 2002 and owner in 2003. We have a team of ten consultants and administrative staff. Our Senior level Consultants all have more than twenty years of experience in the human resources field. They have worked as human resources directors in prior careers and reported to Senior Management teams. They are strategic as well as tactical and therefore get the "big picture".
Many of our consultants teach human resources courses at the college level and are members of professional organizations to include SHRM and PIHRA.

Bio
Ms. has over 25 years experience working in a variety of industries. She has been an integral part of management teams and has advised at all levels of management. Ms. Harris received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, and currently teaches compensation at California State University Northridge. Ms. Harris has participated in many professional and community organizations including Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), and has had an active role on the Los Angeles Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Community Advisory Board. She is a Board Member for the National Association of Woman Business Owners (NAWBO-LA), a member of the California and Santa Clarita Valley Chambers of Commerce, and the Valley Industrial Association. |
