Barquer, SPHR is an original founder of the firm. All Consultants at HR Alternatives hold Graduate Degrees in Human Resource Management or Business. The experience of individual consultants extends from 15 to 30 years. Our clients enjoy the benefit of interacting exclusively with certified Senior Level talent. Philip A. Barquer, SPHR has held key Human Resource positions and directed the Human Resource function for corporate and field operations in multiple industries. He has over twenty-five years of diverse Human Resource Management and Consulting experience and has advised over 500 companies. His professional leadership contributions include: National Board member: Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM) and President: Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA). He holds degrees in Psychology and Organizational Communication and a Professional Designation in Industrial Relations from U.C.L.A. He has been awarded the SPHR certification for life from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Mr. Barquer is Founder and President of HR Alternatives. |
