You must display the required posters at each work site in an area accessible to all employees and applicants.
Purchase the most current posters from the California Chamber of Commerce. CalChamber combines all state and federal notices into one poster.
New and Required
Required with Special Circumstances
Log 300 - Not every employer must comply with Cal/OSHA's Log 300 recordkeeping requirements. Find out whether your company is required to record workplace injuries and illnesses using the Exempt Wizard, and download the Log 300 forms if you are not exempt.
The Log 300A is not a year-round poster—it is a notice that must be posted February, March and April.
Other Required Posters
Other Required Posting Information:
Unique posters and notices may be required depending on certain circumstances such as heavy equipment or forklifts, chemical use and government contracts.
* Both the state and federal minimum wage posters must be posted, even though California's minimum wage is currently higher than the federal minimum wage.
** EDD posting DE 1857D gives employees notice of their rights under the Unemployment Insurance program and intended for use by employers who are not subject to SDI/PFL. CalChamber includes the DE 1857A because it contains not only the UI information but the SDI/PFL information as well.
