This Notice includes information regarding the availability of the premium reduction and other rights under ARRA, but does not include the COBRA coverage election information. Use this notice in addition to the "COBRA Continuation Coverage Election Notice-California Employees" or "COBRA Continuation Coverage Election Notice-Outside California" for all qualified COBRA beneficiaries who become eligible for coverage between September 1, 2008 and December 31, 2009.
