As lead subject matter expert, she serves an integral role in the product development of labor and employment law books and training.

Susan Kemp, Senior Employment Law Counsel and Helpline Manager for CalChamber, has written and edited several CalChamber publications on topics such as employee handbooks, sexual harassment investigations, family and medical leave and exempt/non-exempt employees.

Erika Frank, General Counsel and head of the Legal Affairs Department for CalChamber, has lobbied the legislative and executive branches on taxation, civil litigation and lawsuit abuse issues, and submitted briefs on cases affecting workers' compensation and litigation reform, and employee relations.
