After just one half-day session (8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.), you'll know how to apply the latest legislation and understand updated guidelines related to FMLA amendments, cell phone and texting, same-sex marriage, meal and rest periods, ADA and more. You will also learn about the regulations and case law that you, as an employer, should be aware of in the coming year. This class is an advanced seminar. Those who are new to HR or need a refresher should attend HR 102 first.
