Unlocking codes are provided when you order software. There are two ways to receive unlocking codes:
- When ordering on the store, the unlocking code(s) and the link to download the software are listed on the order receipt page and on the email confirmation. You may download after ordering your software or come back to the store at any time and get your unlocking code from the Your Account section, and look under order details. This is a good option if you want the software immediately.
- When you receive your CD in the mail, you may call to get your unlocking code.
For 15-day FREE software trials, you may purchase the product after the trial period and receive an unlocking code to access the software in its entirety.
Remember, if you ordered on our store website (from mid-December forward) and forgot your unlocking code, you may look it up under Your Account by going to the any of the Order Management links and looking under Order Details.
