Can I Edit a Published Handbook with My Own Word Processor Software?

We do not recommend editing any published Handbook file outside the application.Minor editing for cosmetic purposes can be done outside the application using any word processor that recognizes rich text format files. Remember that although most times this does not cause a problem with the software, it is best to edit within the software.

Where Can I Find the Published Handbook File?

Handbooks published with Employee Handbook software are stored in the following location: C:\Ccc\Ehw\MyHandbooks\(your handbooks name. The published Handbook file name is whatever you named it at time of publishing.

Note: The drive letter C: can be different if the application was not installed in the default location, but the remaining path information beginning with "Ccc" cannot be changed by the user or the software will not install.
