What Else Do I Need to Know?
In most cases, finding the Wage Order that applies to your organization is straightforward, but in some cases, state requirements can be ambiguous. If you have any questions at all regarding which Wage Order is appropriate for your organization, consult your attorney, or if you are a CalChamber member, contact the Labor Law Helpline.
In addition to your company's applicable Wage Order(s), you are also required to post a number of other employee notices.
