IWC Wage Orders - All employers must post the industry-specific Wage Order appropriate to their business. Download the wage orders.
Log 300 - Not every employer must comply with Cal/OSHA's Log 300 recordkeeping requirements. Find out whether your company is required to record workplace injuries and illnesses using the Exempt Wizard, and download the Log 300 forms if you are not exempt.
Other - Unique posters and notices may be required depending on certain circumstances such as heavy equipment or forklifts, chemical use and government contracts.
* Both the state and federal minimum wage posters must be posted, even though California's minimum wage is currently higher than the federal minimum wage.
