If you entered into a contract with the federal government on or after April 18, 2001, you must display the "Beck" poster. Contracts entered into before that date are exempt from the requirement, as are contracts for less than $100,000. Even if you have no union employees, you must post the notice.
Federal contractors and subcontractors also must include a clause regarding display of the Beck poster in all federally connected subcontracts and purchase orders.
